Following a successful pilot that delivered immediate and life-changing results, Frontier is scaling up its use of Nobi Smart Lights across 56 communities.
Nobi’s smart AI lights combine lighting with technology that prevents, detects, and immediately responds to falls. This innovative solution provides residents with enhanced safety and peace of mind while enabling care teams to work more efficiently.
From Pilot to Lifechanging Results
In mid-2024, Frontier introduced Nobi Smart Lights in two memory-care communities: Burlington Memory Care and Oak Harbor Memory Care. The results were transformative:
- 0% unwitnessed falls—every fall noticed and addressed immediately.
- An 84% reduction in average intervention time after a fall, bringing it to under 4 minutes.
- Residents and their families reported feeling safer and more confident than ever.

Expanding to 56 Communities
Building on these results, Frontier moved quickly to scale the use of Nobi Smart Lights across its communities. Installations began in November 2024, and by summer 2025, all residents in Frontier’s 3,700 living units will benefit from:
